Mydeal Return Policy?
The return policy of MyDeal.com.au allows for a return for a refund or exchange where the customer has changed their mind, provided the product is returned within 14 days of receiving the product and is in a resalable condition. This means it is unopened with any packaging seals still intact, unused, unworn, and not damaged in any way.
However, MyDeal.com.au is not required to accept change of mind returns on items outside the specified return window, change of mind due to pricing changes or change of mind returns of items that do not comply with this Change of Mind Returns Policy.
The customer will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping.
